This 3-month immersion is best for someone who really wants to commit to change and knows the investment is worth it, and is willing to put in the time commitment and work to experience growth. Getting into a rhythm of new habits takes several weeks, and this package gives you the time to try on new things with me to help guide you along the way. If you have a big goal in mind, this package works great to help encourage you to stay on track with a definite deadline.
Over the 3 months, we will be able to really dig into who you are, why you've become the person you are, and what aspects of your life you're craving change in. Most importantly, we can create plans to implement change together in more than one area, and you'll begin to see the beautiful ripple effect that change can have in your life.
As we progress, you can have up to 6 months to use all 12 sessions.

After you purchase and use an entire coaching package, 3 additional add-on sessions are $75 each within 12 months from start date of coaching
